Cons
There is no reward based on performance, so I lack the motivation to work hard. The atmosphere feels like a routine, and I find myself just doing the minimum required tasks for the salary, stuck in a bit of a rut. The HR department lacks clear standards in its operations, and there is a significant double standard where some individuals are allowed to do certain things while others are not. HR should treat all employees fairly and ensure that no one is disadvantaged. However, this is not the case. Additionally, they upload applicants’ resumes and personal information to a shared folder, which raises serious concerns about data privacy. There is a need to recognize the importance of protecting personal information.
