      Pros

      Fair Secular Job stability Decent work life balance Wipro as an organisation is average in every sense . it wont give you an awe effect , but will not disappoint you either. It has a middle class outlook in every thing they do. Work life balance is pretty fair and employee are treated fairly.

      Cons

      Only work no fun stingy attitude towards everything low pay - higher responsibilty We are like this only - leaders are unidirectional . The culture is cold and there is no fun other than work.

      Good Brand to work for. Many projects under its belt and surely would never be short of projects. Spread across in a good landscape of opportunities across the globe.

      Cons

      comparatively worst salary and hikes. Specially for the lower management and engineers. High level management enjoys the game in this regard. Growth would be possible only by ur rapo and not talent or hardwork Regular politics like any other company. Never transparent and honest in terms of employee benefits Inspite a long history of low employee satisfaction.. no efforts to improve the same
