      Friendly people, relaxed and stress free environment, fun paid activities with the team

      Cons

      Salary isn’t high, redondant work and the boss don’t really consider your expertise. It’s hard to grow in the company as an artist since you are always doing the same thing and you aren’t really allowed to try to improve things.

      Open space office 5@7 and team activities once in a while

      Cons

      The high direction often asks the team to participate and to suggest changes but they don't listen to employees, no matter the department they work at. Decisions are made between managers, taking no consideration from different points of view. The monetization manager has zero hability for people management and team work.
