Pros

I had the pleasure of working at the World Bank Office in Macedonia, and my experience was extremely positive. The work culture is fantastic—there's a relaxed yet professional atmosphere that encourages collaboration and growth. The team I worked with was incredibly supportive, and my colleagues were some of the most talented and dedicated people I’ve met. Everyone values work-life balance, which made it easier to thrive both personally and professionally. Leadership is approachable, and there’s a strong sense of purpose in the work we do, which made my time there truly rewarding.

Cons

I don’t have any major cons.
