Pros

Nice to meet people from different cultures. Several different areas and career paths you can follow within the Bank.

Cons

Limited growth potential. More so a who you know job than what you know if you are looking for a new position. Management does not care about their employees and freely let go of anyone.

Pros

Exposure to projects in many industries all around the world. Great to learn for few years

Cons

People's moral is down with the new president, zero mentorship of consultants or attention to junior staff. Come here for few years to learn, but leave as soon as possible before you become obsolete
