Cons

incredibly difficult bureaucratic environment, difficult to get things done. Getting worse. Push to employ people in difficult places not ideal for family life.

Actually working here as an STC is a nightmare. No benefits whatsoever, super low pay, inconsistent work, and super uncertain. They will not hesitate to drop you.
