Pros

Great diversity, and if you find the right manager, you can really expand your capabilities and build your skills to get more responsibilities. It is possible to move within the organization buy this takes networking. Generally people are very nice and easy to work with across the organization.

Cons

The mission is great, and at times you do feel you are making changes, but sometimes it can feel far from where you may be working. The organization is quite large and thus there is a lot of process and bureaucracy. If you can accept this and work within it (pushing to some extent to remove unnecessary barriers), it can be tolerable regarding the bureaucracy.
