World Bank Group review

Pros

The organisation gives you tremendous opportunities to grow and is loyal to reviewing employee conditions and levels of satisfaction, consistently. They allow for a good pay but one has to ensure that the work one is of international standards and know how to add value to their services in the Bank's mission.

Cons

Lateral movements are difficult. Promotions are hard to come by unless one is well connected within the network of the Bank. In other words, if you don't spread the word about your work, no one will know how important your contribution is, to the project you are working on.
