Pros

Great benefits, competitive salary, interesting work. There is a lot to learn, and IFC provides many learning opportunities that staff can take advantage of.

Cons

Flat organization, middle management not very effective, leadership not apparent.

Great place to learn, reat benefits, competitive salary. Great way of working with people from different backrounds. Very easy to connect to spacialists from different areas.

Cons

Very difficult to get a prmomotion and move up. Red tabe and too many precidures, things do not happen as quickly as in private sector.
