Not enough training provided Staff need to self learn and pay for training outside of organization Middle management is not invested in staff growth Staff career path and progression is a constant struggle and is not a priority for middle management Favoritism is rampant Gender bias is subtle but definitely exists Toxic culture of bullying and intimidation from middle management No leadership mentoring
