Pros

The mandate of the Organization is important. It is a privilege to have a front raw seat to some exceptional and meaningful operations. Many colleagues are outstanding leaders in their technical areas.

Cons

Many Senior Managers are grossly incompetent and interested in perpetuating a toxic working environment with little meritocracy.
