My 1st supervisor was a transparent, supportive person.

Cons

My 1st supervisor was too much of a micromanager. We would spend weeks in preparing a simple PPT that he would present for max 10 mins in a meeting. Was too focussed on cosmetics and aesthetics of the PPT. A lot of unnecessary meetings that I did not like joining
