It solely depends on your supervisor if s/he is good then you will be more than happy: - Feeling a bigger impact on the community and the world we are living in - Challenging environment which tease your capacity and push you to learn and gain knowledge while you work

- Competition is very high with minimal opportunities to work as fixed term staff - Work life Balance does not exist, the more senior you are the more responsibilities you have and some times the less number of team members
