Pros

Good people who are diligent and committed to the cause, decent benefits, the organization cares about work/life balance, and the Director-General has really pushed to ensure a respectful workplace.

Cons

Not very easy to get promoted, and hiring is cumbersome. A career can become somewhat stagnant.
