      engineering in Reading office and Diablo Canyon site office

      Pros

      younger engineers and lead engineers want to do a good job

      Cons

      staff gets no support from Reading office leadership, they do not visit site or build relationship with client or staff. no commitment to long term growth of the " boots on the ground."

      Not a great fit if you're not an Engineer

      Pros

      Great salary, flexible work arrangements and interesting being part of a global organization.

      Cons

      As a person with a non-engineering background I was not a great fit with the company's values. I felt I had unrealistic expectations placed on me which made it stressful to do my job well. In addition to this, I was an overhead, so readily dispensed with when there was an economic downturn.

      Huge company, zero structure

      Pros

      Ability to work on large and interesting projects, compensation, flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Unqualified people in managerial positions, lack of accountability, business development structure was the worse i've ever seen, lack of leadership.
