      Great people, great company.

      Pros

      Great training and opportunities for growth and development as an engineer. Great mentor system for new engineers to be able to ask questions and learn the industry.

      Cons

      Not as "work/life" balanced as one might life. Overtime is built into the culture and is expected because the salaries are based on at least straight time overtime.

      WP Offers flexible hours, fair pay, experienced mentors, good procedures. Worley has a very diverse set of business units, therefore a range of different types of jobs to work on.

      Cons

      The company doesn't get rid of poor performers. Worley is bogged down by a glut of low quality middle managers, and a whole lot of highly paid upper managers.
