Pros
Very dynamic, constantly changing. Great if you thrive in that environment. You need to be self-directed. This is a fluid organisation. You can have the opporutnity to work on projects or in countries all around the world. You can be exposed to multiple industries and also multiple types of work in multiple environments. Something for everyone if you take the initiative (and particularly if you are mobile)
Cons
Can take time to change culture and some of the people - particularly if they are long term people. Less opportunities for people if they are not mobile.
