      Diversified upstream, downstream, onshore and offshore opportunities with Tier 1 clients

      Cons

      Standards and procedures are not as robust as Tier 1 clients. Too much left to interpretation.

      Pros

      You get to learn a lot and do lots of different things. Even though it is a big company you get a small company feel based on your business unit.

      Cons

      Lots of office politics are involved and lots of people who work there because they are related to someone there. Many people not qualified to do there roles but they get there roles because of time served there.
