Pros
Global corporate therefore there are roles across the globe. I do see people moving countries but unsure how easy it is to move roles internationally within the company.
Cons
Quite unsophisticated for an ASX listed/blue chip global company of this size. Day to day life for employees is harder than it should be i.e. systems, processes, admin support (lack of) etc.
