      Pros

      Great people to work with and human factor is very important. They believe in training and are constantly worried about safety.

      Cons

      To big and sometimes anwers take time to come. Also the corporative team sometimes does not understand very well the needs of the projects.

      A once-great business now in great decline

      There are still some great project managers and engineers here trying hard to make the business work and serve our customers

      The rapid growth of the company has allowed it to be overrun by accountants and 'People' advisors who are not customer-facing and don't understand our business or our customers' businesses, but who nevertheless have captured the ear of management, who have never been more remote and disengaged from the project teams, who are overwhelmed by the suffocating burden of bureaucracy imposed on every aspect of trying to do your job. The task of repair is beyond the capability of current senior management. I think the best thing would be for an aquirer to put a broom through the top three layers of management and start again.
