      Interesting projects, but lack of vision.

      Some interesting projects, good atmosphere between the workers.

      Cons

      No vision from top management. They fire people as soon as they don't need them. Even if it will be very useful to keep workers working on internal projects. As a result, the internal procedures and documentation is very inconsistent.

      The Work might be good, but it will never outweigh the lack of basic need good work culture here. The chain of command highly depends on favoritism and groupism. You cannot retain here on skillset, only flattery.
