      Good team environment if you land on the right project, flexible working options, diverse range of clients, projects and industries to work in.

      Cons

      You're expected to be 100% billable, if you book to overheads you're sticking your head above a parapet. Top heavy with middle management. Below market pay, no bonuses, no annual pay reviews, no training. Quotas for offshoring of work is now included in KPIs

      Pros

      As long as you are assigned to a project, the pay is good and you can work from home.

      Cons

      If you are not assigned to a project, you are required to take your PTO and/or no pay. There are no overhead charge numbers for training or anything else. Currently, because of Covid, the 401k match has been put on hold until further notice.
