      Nestle bought Wyeth and inevitably ruined it!!!

      Benefits, culture, overall best company in the Philippines from the early 2000s up to around 2018.

      Cons

      Instead of nourishing the gift, the decisions made by Big Bird had a significant negative impact on the company's performance. Wyeth had the biggest slump throughout 2019-2021. The company experienced a downturn during the Muy Bien era and the preferential treatment for female promotions without proper merit. It's clear that the leadership approach taken by HRBP did not produce the desired results for the company as his antics in the plant did not work for commercial.
