      Great pay and benefits, work-life balance, and interesting problems, but too much politics

      Pros

      The company does a lot around taking care of the mental health of its employees which is a big positive for me. There are a wide range of cool problems to work on. Excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, we do have quite a bit of internal politics which puts me off. Also, a lot of dysfunction in communication between collaborating orgs.

      Great people to work with. Kind, smart teammates who are interested in collaborating with you and do not point fingers for blame.

      Cons

      ML-wise, Twitter is behind the competition. Only very basic ML techniques are used.
