      Everyone I worked with actually got along and I didn't want to leave because of that

      Cons

      We are given a lot of freedom on that team but we also take care of that privilege by coming in weird hours if there's a problem that needs to be solved we don't need to be asked to come in extra to do it we take care of any problem that come up so we can avoid micromanagment

      My reviews are of days just before X. Very non collaborative evn, bloated and messy infra/platform that is very hard to work with for most teams. Good for grunts, starting career or in initial phases of it. Probably much better now with work from office situation for people who don't mind it.

      Cons

      Huge need to collaborate due to shared ownership on monolith which is not designed well( in some part at least) Hard to collaborate over slack. wastes so much time ,. slow down progress. No real feel of contribution
