Pros

Smart professionals working to make Twitter the best it can be. People genuinely care about the work they are doing. Very open environment where you can ask questions and continue to grow as a professional. Perks and benefits are second to none!

Cons

If you struggle with ambiguity, Twitter might not be the best place for you. Not everything is defined, but the very real and great upside to this is that you can help define where things go!
