Business Outlook
Pros
I was there mostly while Grace was Head of Design on the consumer product side. I loved the team culture and how leadership entrusted me with strategic projects.
Cons
It was, and probably still isn't a company that was relaxing. There were constant changes and it felt like a rollercoaster all the time but if you can look at the bright side it was also always interesting and challenging.
