      Pros

      Learning oportunitty is good, but it is a very agressive environment. You are tested everyday.

      Cons

      Areas dont respect each other some times. They can fire you from time to another without any reason. The environment is very agressive, they dont pay well, unless you are workahoolic , love to work on weekends and are good doing politics.
