      Hi! Thanks for the kind words. We definitely agree that XYZ is a great place to get valuable work experience and training that you wouldn't get from a larger company. We're glad you were able to develop your interpersonal skills with us, the open office environment and communal kitchen definitely provide areas for communication between all levels of the organization.

      Thanks for the kind review! We agree this is a great place to start a career. Because our company is relatively small, there are lots of opportunities to develop one's own skill sets. I'm sorry you felt we were not flexible when it came to taking time off, we actually offer PTO packages that are pretty competitive with industry standards. Please always feel free to address these concerns with management or Human Resources and perhaps we can come to an understanding that meets your expectations.
