      Pros

      It was good company, nice people, good work culture. Good chances to interact with a lot of new people on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Not enough thought and time given to development of new ideas and new designs. But u get to learn a lot so it is good.

We do get a little excited and get ahead of ourselves when great ideas are presented by team members.
