      Pros

      Overall, this company is a fantastic place to work! The team is supportive, the projects are exciting, and the leadership really seems to care. The work-life balance is decent, and the office (or remote setup) is well-organized. That said, the benefits package could use some improvement. While the basics are covered, competitors in the industry tend to offer a bit more. A few extra perks would go a long way in keeping employees happy!
