      1. It is possible to work from any country you want. 2. Good insurance. 3. A comfortable office. 4. Free food.

      Cons

      1. Unfair performance review. Strong developers are compared with strong ones, weak ones with weak ones. The weak grow much faster with the same efforts. The performance score may be underestimated due to other circumstances and give your cash bonus to another. 2.No more stocks. What is given out is practically worthless. 3.Night duties are not paid in any way.
