— Tech side of the services is impeccable as expected from the biggest tech company in Russia. — Comfortable working culture.

Cons

— It's hard to grow in a company or change the role (depends on a team, but still). — Salary isn't competitive even in Russia, and I don't care how many syrki you have. — Toxic senior management, especially in Ridetech.
