      Remote work, decent salary, but pales in comparison to the absolute awful management.

      Cons

      Horrible management and team-leaders. They would have lay-offs when there was need for agents and hire agents when there were no tickets.

      As a QA engineer, you will need to test lots of features manually without any automation There are almost no opportunities for professional development after reaching the middle level ,you will hit the ceiling very quickly
