Pros
- no strict hierarchy, your skills matter more then your job title, friendly atmosphere - nice social package, bonuses and company- or department-wide parties - high overall level of employees, both technical and personal - relatively easy mobility between projects, teams and even primary duties, can try something new without finding a new job
Cons
- there is always a race and fire atmosphere - depending on a team, but in general overtimes are normal and even valued - declared transparency, but usually tops get unclear answers to hot issues
