      Great culture, great people! But the atmosphere is highly dependent on the team and the product you are working on and your chief. High level specialists High stock options If you are proactive person, you have an opportunity to suggest an idea for a new product, create it and fail or succeed. Good social package Free food is everywhere

      Cons

      I think the most interesting teams where you can do cool things are Self driving cars, Alisa (voice assistant), Drive (carsharing) and some places in Search team. Everything else is not Yandex by the culture and approach.

      A big part of internal processes built in such way that makes teams to compete within the company. A lot of non-material pros and educational programs makes salaries be below the market for for juniors and middle software engineers.
