      - very skilled and professional colleagues - excellent place to start a career - good office facilities - a lot of company events

      Cons

      - to get any grade/salary raise you really need to slave away and it's still not guaranteed - some random aspect during review; your achievements are measured only in comparison to your colleagues within same business unit; this results in the situation when in one team you can do almost nothing and get a good bonus whereas in other team working really hard is still not enough
