Food, Insurance, Office environment, highly professional colleagues you can learn from, lots of technologies to work with.

Cons

Depending in which part of the company you work for you'll see a different work style. I worked in a start-up which was pretty chaotic, with high ambitions but without a clear understanding how to achieve them. In work/life balance, work outweighs.
