      Pros

      Good overall compenation if you are distinguished engeneer.

      Cons

      Some managers got their high positions only because they spent 10+ years in the company and very afraid to loose the position. That's why they try not to allow really ambitios people to play important roles. It's relevant at least for busness units.

      Nice benefits package, intelligent people.

      Cons

      Highly politicized company. Very hard to grow inside. Lots of review mechanisms that are intended to slow your career growth. Salaries rates are lower than market. Too much freedom. Sometimes it is hard to meet people at the office, because they are sleeping or doing sports in working hours.
