      - You are making highly marketable products - High qualification requirements: all your colleagues are true professionals - Horizontal relations in team - Friendly and relaxed corporal culture - Comfortable office with free fruit, sweet stuff, games

      Cons

      - Average or even below-the-market salary. However, it is compensated by good benefits. - Drawbacks of big size company: sometimes clumsy management, delaying of decisions, overcrowded work places, irritating bureaucracy, etc.

      You can learn lots of things if you wish. Most People are nice and positive. You can do cool stuff which you can't do anywhere in Russia.

      Cons

      Average salaries are 20% below the market. Management strategy could be odd sometimes. Overall staff productivity is a bit slow. Public discussions could be aggressive and nonconstructive.
