      Bright people, like very bright, good ‘surface’ culture, the name on the resume is very valuable and helps advancing the carrier.

      Cons

      Too big, a lot depends on the department, some departments are not so great. A lot of nih, a lot of us vs them across departments. Some people are too bright.
