      Pros

      Social benefits of a big company with relaxed atmosphere of a startup. Opportunity to see how business operates from different angles since you are going to work closely with lots of other departments.

      Cons

      Depending on your team, it may be very small scope of work, little responsibilities but a lot of routine work. All depends on your department.

      Great environment, a lot to learn, a lot of great professionals around. Great technologies, great products, open-minded culture. Good start for a career.

      Cons

      Unclear review and promotion process: it is a black box actually. Lack of mentoring (depends on your boss). Canteens are overcrouded.
