      Pros

      Great story, beautiful minds, easy access to the unique knowledge. Easy and fast start for active, broad-minded, and flexible achievers. Right place to learn something, get experience, and make next decision. Good wages for the first-time employees. Pretty and comfy office.

      Cons

      Flexibility in goals, roles, opinions, and timing. As a result, efficiency is extremely low. Few managers are able to manage, so one should choose wisely. Wages are below the market. Too much politics, sometimes.
