      Great company for a first job

      Pros

      Perfect company for a new grad, no previous work experience required. Also they do summer internships in several Russian cities. You can work part time in case you attend university as well. A lot of opportunities to learn, in terms of internal conferences/talks and smart people surrounding you.

      Cons

      Salaries are below average, to my understanding. Promotions are not always as quick as one would expect as well. Not a lot of bureaucracy, but sometimes it does get annoying.

      Pros

      Tech company. Perfect product is on the first place. Developers don't have to bother a lot about making money (while they can if they want) and can 100% concentrate on building best product.

      Cons

      Not a lot to complain about. Sometimes things are to small and you think insignificant, but they also have to be perfect. Most of the time it's a plus, but some times annoying.
