      The company provides a flexible work schedule. Friendly staff contributes to comfortable work. Staff to solve interesting problems. The company provides a good opportunity for career growth and professional development.

      Cons

      Employees do not always get a decent salary. Sometimes it is not an exact statement of the problems which is leading to inefficient use of staff time.

      Cheerful and affable staff. A lot of skilled and smart engineers. Mostly good and inspiring technology stack and the projects. Well-paid job positions. Irregular working hours with the ability to work from home sometimes if required. Nice offices. Meal allowance. Medical insurance.

      Cons

      There is a risk of poor project management and limitations in freedom of technologies selection.
