      Pros

      Really good place if you like to work overtime. I mean, you may create new development tools, which will be integrated into company-wide infrastructure, help improve quality of company codebase, create new machine-learning toolchain that will be used in a search/advertisement/recommendation engine. And if things you create are really valuable and are in use by others, it will be noticed during performance review and positively affect your career. It is also a good place to grow as a professional in both software engineering and machine learning, colleagues are open to exchange their knowledge with you and help you improve your skills.

      Cons

      Since company is based in Russia, salary is paid in roubles and while it is high in Russia, it may be not enough if you want to regularly travel to Europe.
