      The company is full of young, smart and enthusiastic people. They offer all the flexibility and benefits you see at any modern tech company.

      Cons

      I don't know of any cons that are systemic to the company.

      Pros

      Nice office design (Google/Facebook style), good relations with colleagues, free lunches, free fruits/coffee/tea/donuts. Parking space available. Good location. Productive environment.

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than market average. Difficult to figure out responsibilities. Management tends to distance from staff. Although 'freedom of speech' is declared, one can have hard time with his manager for criticism. No KPI for non-developers. In other words, no way to evaluate successful or unsuccessful work. Career opportunities are pretty much closed. Tendency to hire top and mid-level management from current management friends.

      * Interesting projects * Very smart people * Low bureaucracy levels

      Cons

      * Low salary compared to what you can get in US/UK or even smaller IT companies in Moscow * Perks are very limited compared to what you can get at Google or other big IT companies * Relocation opportunities only within Russia (e.g. doesn't allow relocation to the Berlin office)
