      - good technical experts, you can definitely learn something here as engineer - great salable infrastructure, launching new project never been so easy - you will get to work with the biggest companies in Russia

      Cons

      - average / weak product vision and management - low / no grow possibilities - only a few global projects, most of company work focused only on Russia

      Clever people around you, many opportunities to grow and train your skills. Flexible schedule, you can come and go when you want, work 24h or work from home. Interesting projects

      Can't really remember any cons. Sometimes there is too much rush, people want to be on schedule. Not all people are good and willing to help but this is a big company so it's inevitable maybe
