      It was a great company in the past but times have changed.

      Cons

      No opportunity to grow, small salary, a lot of politics, not much challenging tasks around me and a lot of strange legacy code.

      You can learn lots of things if you wish. Most People are nice and positive. You can do cool stuff which you can't do anywhere in Russia.

      Cons

      Average salaries are 20% below the market. Management strategy could be odd sometimes. Overall staff productivity is a bit slow. Public discussions could be aggressive and nonconstructive.
