      Pros

      Great office, lots of goodies, activities and bonuses. From great insurance to discounts in bars and laundry. You can find the most challenging and interesting challenges in your career, but as well to vanish in dull routine. Depends on project and your field of interests.

      Cons

      I don't know any cons that are systemic to the company. It is large and circumstances vary greatly between services and working groups.

      Pros

      Great environment at the work place, it feels like home there. It is possible to grow your career there, almost no barriers.

      Cons

      Although the salaries are competitive for Russia it's not a case for the US or Europe. If you like to work 9-5 it's not a place for you, I've seen people in office literally 24/7.

      Company has a lot different projects, you can try different technologies. Tasks are interesting. You can learn a lot of new things

      Salaries are a little bit lower then on market level, it is a company politics - they want people with making jobs passion, not money
